Live interview on Friday 29th May with Lesley Dolpin BBC radio Suffolk 3pm

Releasing two new wines for 2015

We are happy to anounce the release this May of a more full bodied and chunky red wine for 2015.  Indeference to our local roots the wine will be called 'St Edmundsbury'  Made with Rondo and a small amount of Pinot Noir it has a wonderfully friuty nose even for a young wine. We will be distributing this wine only at local outlets.

Giffords Hall 'light oak' is our first foray into barrel fermentation on the whites. We struggled with a name for our fume, as this is English wine and we didnt want a french title.  Light Oak is exactly what it will say on the 'tin' - a delicate white, very lightly oaked. We look forward to its release later in the summer.
