National English & Welsh Wine Awards Most Outstanding Rosé
We are so happy to announce that Giffords Hall Rose 2010 has been awarded a gold medal and the WAITROSE TROPHY FOR THE MOST OUTSTANDING ROSE! We really hope to build on this success and so far the crop for 2011 is looking prolific and healthy. The weather is great for successful flowering over Wimbledon week.
Our Vineyard Shop
We opened our new vineyard shop in 2011 and we advertise regular 'cellar door' days. We are open from 11-4 pm on Friday and Saturdays durng the summer months, and again over Christmas.

New Release Wine Tasting

All our new release wines will be arriving – the tasting is open to trade and retail customers alike.
Spring Event
4th – 7th May 2012
We are showcasing new works from local artist Anne Telford and ..... as well as some wonderful Sculpture from Jenny Goater. We have books from Francine Raymond, writer for the Independent on Home produce style and a range of decorative chickenhouses and rare breed chickens, Bees and beehives, plus specialist plants from Progers and wonderful baskets and willow garden items from Lark Valley.
English Wine Week
2nd June – 10th June 2012
This coincides with our National Jubilee celebrations so we will be getting out the bunting and having a right Royal English Week. In order to celebrate our Britishness we have invited the local Pony club for aGymkhana and dog show and the vineyard will be open for picnics – cream teas and crumpets, and an exhibition of photography for all things British.
Suffolk Food and Drink Show

This Event is being held at Giffords Hall for the first time this Year in order to showcase the best of our local food Producers, cooking schools sausages, cheeses, ice creams plus the finals of the 'Big Bake Off' for all the budding junior chefs from local schools.
